Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

The breakfast spread was good. The bed was comfortable. We had welcome fruits plate waiting for us. That was kind of the hotel. Although the room was clean, It's a good time they started upgrading the room.

Las instalaciones eran amplias y limpias, el personal muy amable y amigable. Queda muy cerca del centro nacional de convenciones (21 minutos a pie y 5 minutos en DiDi a un precio de 13¥ = 1,50 USD aproximadamente). La zona muy tranquila, sin tanto flujo de personas y autos. El desayuno era completo. Tiene mesa de planchar, plancha, ganchos para colgar la ropa, tiene sistema de oscuridad aunque la cortina estaba algo desgastada cumplía la función de oscurecer, motorización en las cortinas, al frente había una construcción pero la verdad no escuchamos nada y pudimos dormir bien.

Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

La ubicación cerca de Disney es perfecta. El servicio shuttle funciona genial. Y aunque no hay mucha oferta de restaurantes alrededor puedes pedir con meituan y tienen unas taquillas en la entrada.
