The fact that it was next to the Moxy, was the only positive aspect. Everything else was such a disappointment.

A hotel is often only as good as the people who work there, and in the case of the Spedition, the people are amazing, especially the front-of-house staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

One of the best view hotels we stayed, this one straight looked down to the Thunsee. With the luck of good weather, we did had wonderful view and stay.

I really liked the attitude of the staff. They were very kind and responsive. The location is also in a very good place. We stayed for two nights but would definitely stay at this hotel again. And if you don't know, the bear in the nearby park is from Bulgaria.

We arrived before the rooms were ready so the online check-in station didn't work for us. I went into the office and the person there was very friendly & helpful, completing my registration and providing the room keys. Although I didn't try them, some of the snacks looked very tasty. The kitchenette in the rooms had everything you could need.

The convenience of the location was truly noteworthy, and, in addition, the affordability of the price further contributed to the overall positive experience.

Immaculate, really well appointed apartment with excellent kitchen, super bathroom and super comfy living area. Lovely bed, great decor and 200m from bus stop into the city. If you register your overnight stay, you are entitled to free public transport in and around the city. Brilliant! Aldi 70 metres from hotel, so great for eating in if you want. Bern is a beautiful, relaxed, gorgeous city with lots to see. A delightful stay.

The room was amazing! The Delta Restaurant is exceptional. Great location and amenities.
