Once you register online you can then check-in via the web app on the day you are due to arrive when your room is allocated to you and the electronic keys appear in the web app. Email or text confirmations would be helpful. Good for a one night stop over.

Easy registration, key collection, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to the exhibition Swissbau. The customer support is excellent and very fast and very helpful.

Large rooms! Friendly service, very helpful and nice amenities. Appreciated the front desk water/coffee, fruit and "local" candies. Cosy Bar by entrance with local beers and snacks. Location convenient with safe parking close by for overnight. Space right in front of the hotel to drop off/ register, with hook-ups for Electrical cars.

It's a perfect low cost hotel, adjacent to 2 sister hotels and 2 minutes from the station. Staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. I'll stay here again having tried a few hotels for my frequent visits to Basel.

Perfect hotel for in-between; clean, nice family room and near the freeway. We have a daughter with celiac and they registered her needs and supplied breakfast accordingly. Nextdoor is a shopping mall, which has everything. But even on sunday the necessities were supplied at the hotel. Overall, nice people and a very nice stay, will return!

This chain is like the Denny's of hotels. You get a decent, no frills, room at a decent price. Nothing fancy, nothing great. I hate how the wifi would not work and the staff wasn't able to get my laptop to register the wifi, this second page log in thing is not good. Location was awesome, right where we needed to be.
