everyone was soo nice and helpfull. There was 8 of us and we had no problem checking in or with anything else. But because of the location, I don’t recomend that girls and women go by themselves. There weren’t any problems, the feeling was just off.

Everything. Homey feel to the public areas and room, great bed, good shower, fridge-freezer, coffee/tea making facility. American-style, just about everything I could want was offered for breakfast. Just to point out, plates, cups, cutlery all disposable, but quality of food was of pretty high standard. Staff very pleasant. 15min walk from the Assembly Row shopping district (on other side of Mystic river).

Staff was so helpful, shuttle drivers were fabulous. It was great to be so close to the airport. It is loud so if you are light sleeper maybe not the hotel for you. But I sleep through everything. They did supply ear plugs! I would definitely stay here again. So easy to drop off car then shuttle came to pick us at the Rental Car Drop-off and brought us to the airport in the morning.
