The whole staff is super welcoming and friendly, if you have any questions or wishes they will make it happen. Meryam always got us our roomservice for breakfast she was great. Also Zanib at the reception made it possible for us to get a late checkout which was lovely. We wanna say a big thank you again to everyone at the hotel, you guys made it wonderful for us!❤️☺️

The riad is located in the medina of Marrakech near the famous square Jemaa el-Fnaa and is therefore a perfect hub to explore the old town. The place is a quiet and very decent oasis within the chaotic medina. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious; as was the dinner we ordered one evening. The stuff is always polite and helpful. Especially Abdo, who runs the place, is constantly spreading a very good mood, is always available when needed and seems to antiicipate the wishes and needs of the guests.

Muy cerca de la plaza Jema el Fna, y al mismo tiempo muy silencioso,, fácil de llegar El riad es lindo, limpio, las camas cómodas Estuvimos primero en dos habitaciones, una doble y una triple y luego en una familiar, que nos encantó!! Muy cómoda, dos habitaciones con dos baños comunicadas c un pasillo con una mesita y sillas El desayuno en la terraza muy rico! La atención del Hamid increíble!!! Es sumamente atento!!! Calidad precio muy buena!!! Vale la pena!!!

We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and they did more than I could have ever expected to make it special. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and more, and the 24/7 support made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back – this place made our trip unforgettable.

Este riad se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de la plaza Jamaâ El Fna y dispone de habitaciones con aire acondicionado y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y una terraza con vistas a la mezquita. Traditional riad, very nice atmosphere and staff who made us feel welcomed. While visiting Marrakech, it is a must to stay here at least 1 night.

Este hotel de lujo está a 2 minutos a pie de la famosa plaza de Yamaa el Fna. Ofrece el spa Carita, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina al aire libre, rodeada de palmeras. La localización y la atención individual. Lo que más me sorprendió es que nos dieron un número de teléfono con el que escribir por WhatsApp al conserje. Podíamos pedir guías turísticos contratar taxis o hacer reservas de restaurante directamente por WhatsApp.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s beyond fabulous. Brand new!!!. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and believe me I’ve stayed at quite a few great ones around the world. I loved the facilities, the home away from home feel. The food is amazing. Desserts are delicious. The attentiveness of staff. Ismail the concierge is super amazing. Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family
