The room was so cute and quaint, the property was gorgeous in the middle of this lush forest. So remote, I could hear the peacocks somewhere on the property. There’s a lovely sitting area outside of the room with a Koi pond. There were chairs in the patio to just relax on. The room was so cozy and beautiful! The bathroom was massive and gorgeous. The staff were so sweet and helpful.

It's located in a small forest with butterflies, pheasants, a variety of wild birds and cute chickens. You can take a walk, play badminton, go to the nearby lake or visit the temples in anuradhapura or mihintale - it's very close. The hosts can arrange tours as well - we went to Anuradhapura with a guide and it was very fun and a fair price. Also the food: try the Sri Lankan breakfast it's delicious! We loved the tree house - it was so relaxing when it was rainy. They even offered room service. :) long story short - a must stay. Ps: please note that there is nature around. It's a tree house in a jungle-like forest. There are occasionally frogs and other visitors on your terrace. We loved it though.

We had a lovely big room on stilts, overlooking the forest. Lots of birds, lots of privacy, super balcony to watch nature passing by. People are friendly, helpful and speak good English. The help in any way they can and organize walks in the vicinity. Meals are excellent.
