Excellent new hotel in the heart of Borjomi, built with much taste and great care. Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

The private spa facility was a bonus. Location was central. Staff helped with carrying luggage as there is no lift. Best khinkali and pepperoni pizza. Good breakfast. Help with tours. Lady at the reception was helpful. We could park our car inside.

Great location, very sweet staff and marvellous breakfast! We had a very big room (#401) (like a flat) on the top floor with a view over the river and the "curly" design bridge. Each morning we and one of the waiters, Luka, had fun; us showing him that we wanted to keep our plates and us trying to speak some Georgian. I also used the gym and had an appointment with the massage therapist. Ia was very nice and had strong hands. Iit was a very good deep tissue massage!
