This is a very special place in Saas Fee. You can feel the love and care from every corner and each staff member. Location is a bit decentralised, but in this case it's a plus, because the location is wonderfull, in the middle of the forest, making for a stunning view from either our room and the sauna. They provide free regular lift to the centre by electrical car, which we only used once however, because the trail to the town was just beautifull (look at the pictures) and we always prefered to walk it. A la carte breakfast is a welcome option for us with special diet, since you get to eat exactly what you want. I believe they would be able to figure out something for every allergy or diet. We also had their homemade pasta and rissotto for dinner and it was really delicius. I feel so happy we have chosen to stay here and will definitely come back soon. Thank you!

Just a fabulous place to stay. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy and the whole team at the Apartment-Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. They contributed hugely to an exceptional customer experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and very, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were superbly equipped and when we did have some (minor) issues the team were able to resolve these promptly and with no fuss. There are no washing facilities in the apartment, however, there washing/drying facilities in the basement. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could park our car nearly and under cover, so it was in the hot sun. The are shops and restaurants nearby and the local cable car is just a short walk away. It's very near to the bus stop and the Saastal card that you get includes free travel on the local bus and on the Saas-Grund cable car. If I could rate this property an 11, I would. It is that good. I would happily stay there again and have no trouble in thoroughly recommending it. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing chalet in Saas-Fee. This is one of the situations when 11 out of 10 is a fair mark. The chalet has two separate bedrooms, spacious abd with plenty of storage. Bright and spacious kitchen with main room and dining spot. On the 0 floor there is Jacuzzi and sauna. All the appliances (including raclette and fondue sets) are available. Kitchen is wel equipped. Ski room will keep your gear dry and warm. We stayed for 5 nights and this was the best accomodation in Saas-Fee. The communication with the host was easy and nice. The person is very reasonable and kind. Oh yes, there was enough bathrooms for everyone :) All in all, this was the best accomodation we got in Saas-Fee and it stands in level of 5 start hotels.
