Their dog Rambo is also very lovely. The place is breathtaking, calm and peaceful. The room was beautiful, very modern and classy. The red wine they are making on the grounds is delicious. We bought 3 bottles. The food is also outstanding. Try the bread, vegetables, meat balls and tzatziki for sure. There are many birds in the area and garden. The Barrels is also very close to Gjirokaster bazar and castle. We also went to Ali Pasha bridge. Amazing place.Guest review byYvonneYoung couple

The hospitality was outstanding, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The food we ate at breakfast and dinner was delicious with great vegetarian options. We really enjoyed sitting by the vines watching the chickens. The apartment was spacy, spotless, and very luxury like a 5 star hotel and all the furniture was high quality and well decorated with love. The kitchen was well equipped and they provide EVERYTHING you need to cook! (we did not have time to cook though) We have been traveling around the world and Novi's apartment was absolutely the best private accommodation ever we stayed! Marcel and his family have created a rustic haven with modern accommodation they have just completed. Breakfast and dinner in the shade of fruit trees and grapevines, overlooking the vineyard was stunning. Chickens, a turkey and guinea fowl amongst the vineyard were constant amusement.
