The building and grounds are peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping is impeccable. Clive and Leslie run a very good boutique hotel, however, this would mean nothing if it were not for the fantastic staff. I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!

Beautiful property with an exceptionally lovely pool/bar/leisure area, and so close to the Falls. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay - Simon, Maxwell, Emilia and Nyasha in particular. 11/10. I will be telling all my friends about Drift Inn!

Ursula's Homestead se encuentra en Victoria Falls, a 11 km de Cataratas Victoria y a 3,3 km de Reserva privada de caza de las Cataratas Victoria. Ursula's es en verdad un hogar (homestead) porque ediliciamente es sencillo o no falsamente sofisticado, cada habitación es una cabaña, la primera al costado de la casa de la recepción. Los espacios comunes son generosos y abundantes con múltiples lugares para sentarse y mirar el panorama que enfrenta generosamente al parque donde pasan búfalos, cebras, miles de impalas, jirafas y los descarados babuinos que, a veces entran al jardín y el área de la piscina. El desayuno y la cena a la carta son muy buenos y la atención siempre atenta. Un lugar para disfrutar.

El Victoria Falls River Lodge está situado en la zona noreste del parque nacional Zambezi, a 13 km de las majestuosas cataratas Victoria. My stay at Victoria Falls River Lodge – Zambezi Crescent was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.
