The place is absolutely stunning — the design is unique, with so much attention to detail. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Everything felt truly pampering, and the property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff really take care of everything you might need. We were on our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a lovely handwritten card in the room — such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about the little details. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Don’t miss it! And at night, the sky full of stars is just magical.

Lugar realmente increíble, el recibimiento del personal fue estupendo y encontrarnos con tantos animales a un solo paso de nosotros te deja boquiabierto. Lugar mágico y tranquilo, perfecto para empaparte con los preciosos paisajes de Namibia y su fauna, no te dejan indiferente. Por la noche se duerme de maravilla, ni un solo ruido. Cena y desayuno muy buenos. Si vuelvo a Namibia no dudaré en volver a hospedarme aquí.

Llegamos y una mujer muy amable nos dio una habitación en el lodge de al lado, que debe de pertenecer al mismo propietario, por el mismo precio. Todo fue perfecto. Estos bungalows espaciosos cuentan con aire acondicionado, y están decorados con tonos cálidos y elementos locales. Amazing pool, really friendly staff, beautiful views and rooms were superb (showers, etc). Can even sleep outside.

Este alojamiento rural en Solitaire, bordeando el Parque Nacional Namib-Naukluft, ofrece amplias habitaciones que dan al patio central con piscina. Hay un restaurante y una zona de barbacoa. Solitaire roadhouse is hardly-miss-place for roadtrippers visiting Sesriem. It is definitely the best value for the money: Perfect position for Sesriem / Walvis Bay / Windhoek cruising. The lodge is very stylish: chain of big rooms surrounding a desert garden decorated with sukulent (cactus) flowers. In the middle of garden there is refreshing pool. Place has restaurant with good food (breakfast, dinner) and the best bakery of 1000 kms around (definitely try famous apple pie). Wifi, hot water, nice staff, etc. all this makes Solitaire worth of visit. Walvis Bay: 3,5 hours, Sesriem: 2 hours (very bad road, but doable).

Absolutely memorable.... a really spectacular resort with wonderful attentive staff and a short drive away from the world famous Sossusvlei dunes.
