My kid also left behind some sunglasses and the host was very kind to post it to our next hotel free of charge even, exceptional level of service. Highly recommend. Also convenient drive to Fuji Q for when we stayed there.

Location is great, you can see Mt. Fuji from the site. I stay in the Pao and did not expect it's so spacious and comfy. The BBQ is interesting - staff was very helpful and showed me how to set up a charcoal fire; food is also impeccable. I went there to run the Kawaguchiko marathon and asked the reception for taxi booking. The hotel staff told me it's very hard to book a taxi now but someone from the site offered to give my a ride on the morning of the race day. I'm really really grateful for the amazing overall experience.

Nos sorprendió este alojamiento gratamente, pues en las fotos percibíamos una decoración un tanto extraña y no sabíamos que esperarnos. Resultó ser muy cómodo, pudiendo aparcar el coche en la entrada de la habitación, los anfitriones, una pareja mayor muy amables. La habitación en si muy cómoda y aunque se ve que es antiguo, se percibe también que han pensado en todo, ya que cuenta con detalles muy agradables como mantas de calor eléctricas, panel de luces, y más detallitos que nos fueron sorprendiendo.

Super location, very close to the stations, but we rented a car so no problem. Managed to see fuji from our room on our last night. Fully stocked bathroom. Room was a little cold, but fully AC-ed so we quickly warmed it up. Beds are separate, but quite large and comfortable. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Designated smoking area available.

Mom dad and daughter were super host.. One thing wanna share: At evening I did not have dinner at the hotel restaurant, because i already purchased from super market... The Owner (mom) gave me fruits to eat , because she thought,I will not eat... superb motherly guesture.. Really touched...Overall Awesome...
