Also convenient drive to Fuji Q for when we stayed there.

Location is great, you can see Mt. Fuji from the site. I stay in the Pao and did not expect it's so spacious and comfy. The BBQ is interesting - staff was very helpful and showed me how to set up a charcoal fire; food is also impeccable. I went there to run the Kawaguchiko marathon and asked the reception for taxi booking. The hotel staff told me it's very hard to book a taxi now but someone from the site offered to give my a ride on the morning of the race day. I'm really really grateful for the amazing overall experience.

Room was a little cold, but fully AC-ed so we quickly warmed it up. Beds are separate, but quite large and comfortable. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Designated smoking area available.
