On the outside you don't really expect quite what you get once you enter. The place is very new and modern, perfectly clean and tidy. And the views, those views of the nearby lake and the mountains in the distance are just out of this world. There are two big windows in the living room from where, sitting on the sofa, one could relax and breathe in the beauty of the nature. The place has everything one might need, plus even more. Aside from the full stack kitchen, the very comfortable bed, the nice bathroom and the good size living room, power sockets everywhere you need one, the owners have also provided a hair dryer, several board games, some additional hygienic products and a very easy to understand sorting of the waste with separate buckets, something that tourists need guidance as every country has their own rules. Of course, free parking is available in front. The villa is just 6 minutes away by car from this beautiful town at the sea, with its famous lighthouse at the top of a hill. Isafjordur Airport is 225 km from the property. The location was great, in the quiet area, the place was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful views. Hot tub was ready to use and it was great to be able to soak in the evening.

Cabin 1 at Lundar Farm is set in Varmaland. This lodge has a garden and free private parking.

Reykjavík Domestic Airport is 102 km from the property. I liked that it was a horse breeding farm and so got to see plenty of beautiful horses grazing. And other animals playing! The landscape was amazing.the cabin was cosy and just perfect. I got a great night's rest after a long day of travel.

The shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom) are very clean and modern. The accommodation is neatly tucked away between mountains and hills, offering a serene and peaceful glimpse of the icelandic life at a very decent price. Would recommend.

The lodge offers a terrace. A perfect cottage in the middle of silence. Dis Cottages is a place that is about 10 minutes away from Grundarfjörður town centre, with nothing much around it and will fascinate you. Before check-in, the hosts provided the necessary information clearly and it was a really smooth expreince. If you are lucky enough and the weather is clear, you can see the northern lights from where you sit in your room. Thanksfully we were lucky enough.
