La Tigra Rainforest Lodge está a 32 km de Catarata La Fortuna y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza. El lodge ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. This was probably my favorite part of Costa Rica Trip! It was so surreal to spend some time disconnected and surrounded by such beautiful nature. Loved all the trails, but sandaderos in bosque la tigra was my favorite. It’s a primary and secondary rainforest property they have nearby and you can visit it for a small fee. I saw there more wildlife by myself than in any other forests walking with a guide. I did a night tour and we walked around the property, not even rainforest further out, and saw 3 snakes within the first 5minutes, so many frogs and other insects, and the guide was very knowledgable. I also planted a tree there and it was a really beautiful experience of giving back to the nature and community. Overall service is 10/10, always with a smile, always asking a question or two. No connection at all anywhere except the reception, but wifi there is stronger than in most coworkings I have visited here in Costa Rica. The only thing that was challenging for me personally and I have not seen it mentioned in the comments is if you sometimes get car sick, a road to the property will make you car sick, so please have some medicine handy. But it’s the entire area around that is like this, so just accepting it as part of adventure. I recommend staying for 2-3 nights and spending it in the lodge area enjoying the nature, the best disconnection and reconnection with the self “retreat” 🤭

El Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails, rodeado de 348 hectáreas privadas de bosque tropical, se encuentra emplazado dentro del área de conservación de Arenal, a solo 2,7 km del volcán Arenal, y dispone... Excelente experiencia en la naturaleza, en el atardecer es ensordecedor el ruido de los animales, incomparable con cualquier otro tipo de alojamiento. Muy buena atención.

Cecropia Ecolodge se encuentra en Fortuna, a 31 km de Catarata La Fortuna y a 34 km de Aguas termales de Kalambu, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas a la montaña. Es un hermoso lugar del bosque en recuperación, muy bien cuidado por sus dueños. Pasamos allí una gran experiencia, con una excelente relación entre costo y beneficio. Recomendamos hacer la visita nocturna.

Las Pavitas Arenal Suites está a 14 km de Catarata La Fortuna y ofrece jardín, además de alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. this view is probably the best you can get, no other words than just breathtaking this is a million-dollar view for a good fair price. which when you are traveling with a family is great we had an amazing time, even when the volcano was in the clouds,the house was comfy to hang around in.

Quinta Esencia dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Alajuela, a 13 km de Parque Nacional Volcán Poás. Great place, with amazing view from the large window. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

The place is marvelous, very clean and welcoming, really close to the nature! Make sure to take the boat trip and say hello to Mantequilla and Princesa, the hotel pets.
