Loved the decorative tree elements, open shower, little kitchen with water bottle and some basic ingredients, like coffee, tea, herbs and oils. Nice verandah with chairs to relax and enjoy the view towards the sea. Was great to rent a car from the friendly owners, and they helped organise tours with a local guide as well as a laundry service. Short drive to town as well as viewing point at Tahai.

Free private parking is available on site. It was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, very clean and the view is amazing! Sleeping with the waves sound is incredible, also the owner is so kind I’ll definitely be back when I return to Easter island!

The beach is just a 3 minute walk down a coastal path. All rooms offer an ocean view and are equipped with a private bathroom. Some rooms have also a private balcony. Jairo is the jewel in the Casa Wilson experience. From his informative welcome to the daily breakfasts he prepared, we really appreciated all that he did to make our experience lovely. The history of the house and all of the many historic photos and artifacts, including the furniture, transported us back to another era. The easy access and views of the beach and the beach restaurants were so convenient. We slept so well as the sea lulled us to sleep each night.

Ahu Tongariki is 20 km from the lodge, while Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum is 2.8 km away. Mataveri International Airport is 5 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. The staff was incredibly nice. The spot was pretty cute and away from the crowds. It was very tranquil. It’s a little way (30 minute walk) from the main area but I enjoyed the walking around.

Tahai's archeologic ceremonial center is a 5-minute walk away and the downtown is just a 10-minute walk. Small family run place, very quite, nice garden, sea view from the bed, very close to Ahu Tahai, amazing sunsets. The family is very nice and helpful. I loved the place, a very good private alternative to hotels.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and new, and very comfortable. Just a 5min walk from the airport (there's only a couple of flights per day, and only during daytime) and 15min from the main street. The shower was great, no issue with the wifi and Lanii our host took very good care of us. We would stay at the same place if we came back to Rapa Nui
