Transport from the airport was on itme and clear, very efficient, the wait at reception was minimal. Staff were helpful. I was treated with the dignity and decorum I expected, the meals met my expectations and were all above satisfactory.

    I liked how friendly the receptionist was. I was also impressed with how they have been communicating with me from the moment I made the booking, giving me value added service and comfort. The accommodation is lovely and so clean. The linen is changed so frequently. And it was so convenient for us to stay there as it is only 7 mins away from Emperors Palace and the airport. Enjoyed our stay.

    We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a bigger room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The venue is in a great central location—no driving needed at all. Everything we needed was just a 2-minute walk away, at Emperors Palace, which we really enjoyed exploring. It made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable.
