Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

We were hesitant at first to book a 4 star hotel. It was twice cheaper that the 5 star ones. But we only stayed for one day so we decided to git it a go and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The check in process was so nice. They sat us at the lobby greeted with fresh fruits while they processed our documents and the even upgraded 2 of our rooms for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

San Palace is a great choice if you want to stay in the old quarter, 150 m from train street, close to street markets.Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, especially Daff who booked all our transfers to Halong bay and to Ninh bin. Rooms are clean and big as they can be. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of everything..And pool on the top of the building is a great plus after walking all day.
