We spent six nights in this stylish hotel at the end of March 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. Just 5 minutes' walk from the old town, this hotel offers an ideal starting point for visits to this area of Hanoi. Due to an early flight, we arrived at the hotel in the morning, but after a short first walk through old town we were able to check in at 11:00 am without extra charge, although the official check-in was 3:00 pm. Great service! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The AC works very well and is really quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent, there is a large selection of international and national dishes. We were also very satisfied with the staff - from the front desk, to the bar, up to the breakfast area - always friendly and service-oriented. Our special thanks go to Mr. Tung Do, who greeted us every day with a smile and gave us good tips on how to spend the day.

Amazing experience, the staff was very helpful and paying attention to any detail. Very nice room, very clean and super confortable bed, I was able to do early check in. I did a treatment at the Spa, highly recommend too

Located in the heart of the Old Quarter this is a most impressive hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were attentive and diligent at all times. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Due to a scheduling mistake we got a downgrade for our room on the first night. The other two nights however, we got an upgrade to a bigger room than originally booked, at no extra charge. We also got a discount for our first night. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city.
