Staff were friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean, not much of a view however very central to downtown LA - the 24 hour Coffee/Chai tea was most appreciated and simply delicious as was the Breakfast to go!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Little Tokyo. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great facilities including an on site cafe, 24hr shop and sushi restaurant.

We checked in just for the day as we had a flight very late that evening but they were very accommodating of our early arrival. Very friendly, stylish without being over the top. Our room was very comfortable and large. The shared bathrooms weren't an issue for us. We had to lug all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, that was the only challenge. Great location, in the heart of the Arts District and surrounded by vibrant eateries and shopping. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back to stay when we have more time to explore the area.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. All the history of 100 years inside this hotel is incredible. The architecture, the finest details that have gone into building such a beautiful structure it’s really spectacular. We really enjoyed exploring the hallways where you will find lots and lots of framed photos and descriptions of when the hotel first opened, the events held from 100 years ago until the present day and many films that were filmed at the hotel. The room was wonderful, comfortable and spacious. We were provided with water bottles, slippers and bath robes. There is a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The Gallery bar is beautiful and we really enjoyed our evening in there. The staff were always friendly, a special mention goes out to Lakmhy at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Always ready to assist with a big smile, welcoming and super efficient. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, nothing was ever to much or a bother for her. Lakmhy is so genuine and her customer service is rare these days. Thank you Lakmhy for being the most loveliest staff member we have encounter on our whole trip to LA.
