We booked a standard room but arriving at the room there was issue with bathroom. With no further inquiries the management moved us from 6th floor to 11th floor with Bosphorous view. This was very generous of them and so speedy to solve the problem. We arrived at 04:00 in the morning after flight cancellations affecting our journey, their attention to detail was so important and comforting. Thank you, Conrad! Special thanks to Adil, night time housekeeper on 11th floor for his attention to my requests.

Such an amazing hotel and amazing team. I had to choose Melas based on the good feedback on booking.com, so I realised that all that I read was exactly the same. My experience was wonderful. I worked in hospitality for more than 7 years in the best hotels in London. Neal's Hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Starting from the porters to the management everyone is doing his best to make sure that you will feel at home. Big thanks to Mr. Arik and Mrs. Assu for taking care of me and my family and making my baby enjoy her first birthday. Husein and 56 are super helpful and smiley people. Aseya and Serifa at the lovely, tasty and various breakfast. Ugurcan and Burcin at reception with a smooth check-in and check out. And to all Melas family. Definitely, we will see you soon. It was comfortable and clean. The staff took extra care of their guests. There were a lot of restaurants close by and it was easy enough to get to all the tourist destinations.
