The hotel is located in the perfect area - walking distance to Khaosan Road, but just far enough away from it to get peace and quiet. Everything is updated in the facilities, room is clean, breakfast buffet is 10/10 with plenty of options. I can't say really anything negative about it.

The room was very new and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the river view and the location. Also the boat port right in front of the hotel was top. Staff were super friendly. Rooftop pool was super cool too.

Every square feet of the property if full of thoughtful care of the guests. Everything works. Air conditioner is efficient and fairly new. Breakfast variety is exactly what my family needed. Staff is super-friendly and responds promptly. The lobby + 24*7 tea are great for late night chill-out while the kids are sleeping (yes, the room is small for a family of four, but what would you expect at this rate?)

Hotel staffs were nice and professional to resolve the issue asap. They arranged a special birthday cake to celebrate the moment. We could see the firework on the river coincidentally (around 9 pm when coming back to the hotel) which we did not expect but was nice to enjoy the stay. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, salad, cheese and other dishes as well. There was a free hotel boat that you could take around 10 mins to go to the other side which was an interesting experience to try a different transportation. Icon Siam was with walking distance (less than 5 mins) to enjoy the shopping. The gym facilities were various and clean.

Nestled within the Grand Palace grounds, with its entry seamlessly covered by the Palace’s fee, Wat Phra Kaew is an absolute must-visit. The temple dazzles with its golden-gilded walls, soaring towers, and a breathtaking interior hall, where the revered Emerald Buddha statue presides as a captivating centrepiece—an utterly delightful sight for the eyes. To fully savour this experience, arrive at The Grand Palace by 8:15 am, dodging the heat, sun, and bustling crowds.
