everything, all staff are well trained. they were helpful and friendly. Everyone was ready to help and always meet us with smile and respect. Tiger who was the receptionist was really nice. the room was clean and I think it is reasonable comparing with its price. especially, rarely we stay at hotel because I had a full schedule. really, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent facilities and staff, in particular Hong (from Reception), and tennis coaches in particular Sylvester, Ball and Jump. They gave my son very helpful tips to improve his game and he loved the private coaching as well as tennis clinics. Well done, guys. We also liked the paid self-laundry service and complimentary provided laundry racks. The guest pool was also very pleasant.
