Beautiful room. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant served meals of a very high standard. Set in lovely surroundings we highly recommend this hotel.

The most friendly and helpful reception staff I’ve ever experienced. Great location, close to the center. Room was very clean and spacious. Brekfast selection was amazing and better than many more expensive hotels.

We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.

Everything excellent!! Staff at reception and restaurants are super kind and helpful! The ambience of the hotel is very welcoming and ideal.to spend time not only outside visiting the city, but also inside for some chill time, I felt better than home!!!
