Excellent heritage boutique hotel and the location is an extra bonus. Staff is very courteous. A tip is to not eat a very heavy dinner the night before as the breakfast is superb and you can't do justice to it if you've had too much to eat the night before.

The staff was very helpful. We went with mum on wheelchair, the staff offered the accessible hotel room for guests with mobility difficulties without additional charge. The location is the best,. It's a walking distance to the Pier and Chew Jetty the food court as well as street arts.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They know well about the sightseeing places around there and gave us useful advices of our trip. And the interiors of the room were amazing! We took a lot of photos in the room. It was like a film set.
