I loved this hotel. The cleanliness, the design, the kindness of the staff. Everything was perfect: the big room was equipped with everything, Smart TV, kitchen, sofa, very comfortable beds and newly renovated bathroom. In short, it is highly recommended for those looking for a classy place close to all amenities. A special mention goes to Lora, who picked us up at the airport and took care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back

I want to share my positive experience staying at Marukab Plaza in the city of Male. My family and I spent several days here, and it was a wonderful time, thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I would like to give special thanks to a young woman named Prabodha, who works at the reception. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, assisting us with various questions and recommendations. Thanks to her, our stay became much more comfortable. I also want to highlight a young man named Dakshina, who was always ready to help and answer all our questions. His friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. And, of course, a special thanks to the waiter named Neranjan, who provided us with excellent service in the restaurant. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts, which were diverse and delicious. His attention to detail and good taste in menu recommendations made our dinners unforgettable. I sincerely recommend Marukab Plaza to anyone planning a trip to Male. There are truly wonderful people working here who do everything possible to make guests feel at home! Super friendly staff, especially Amy at the reception. Amazing view directly to the sea from tĥe room, tasty food and rooftop is just from another world. They arranged also transfer from-to the airport, which is super convenient.

    Maybe not much you can do with an grand old building now...

    Maybe not much you can do with an grand old building now that the new bridge is in. To bad though, Chinese rebuild monument arch over bridge to honor them first, Maldives second yet common people can not walk across yet and access to and from bridge do not appear to be seen as if common or curios walkers can use the bridge,, This seems planned to me as does putting all the Maldivians at the end of the new development. Maldives to China, “be careful what you wish for”
