We stayed at the Prima three times during our trip to South Korea. Each time staff were extremely helpful and considerate. It is ideally placed to explore Seoul, close to the metro, airport bus, great coffee shops, shopping streets and close to the contemporary history museum, Deoksugung Palace, markets and the Cheonggyecheon Stream walk. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked really well.

The place exceeded my expectations, the place was very cozy and very inviting! It is a nice place to recharge after walking and vibing around the city. Location is great (within walking diatance to amazing shops, cafes and restaurants, and accessible by subway), facilities were amazing and well thought out. The cafe at the lobby, the staff were all great too! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely book again in my next trip!

The breakfast and happy hour food were delicious, and the staff responded quickly to guests' needs, making everything run smoothly. Special thanks to Emma Lee and Summer Yu - their attention to detail, their professional service and friendliness made us feel at home.
