- super convinent location; steps away from a major metro line and walking distance from COEX mall - the staff was super helpful and the hotel has clear signage everywhere if you need assistance - the room itself was amazing, lqrge enough for two people to spend time and not feel like they were in each other's pockets. The staff are very professional, honest and kind! My partner lost his wallet and didn't even realize it, but the reception called us and brought it back - we really appreciate the honesty! :) The location is great - in Gangnam neighborhood, which is very safe, nice and there are a few famous landmarks nearby - Starfield library, Bongeunsa Temple, Gangnam style sculpture, etc. Transport to Incheon Airport is convenient - there is a limousine bus that stops nearby and probably it is a good idea to reserve your seats beforehand. The rooms have sufficient space and are clean. We had a great experience! Thank you!
