You can get to this location on JR trains easily from Tokyo. The room itself was very nice. For the price it definitely exceeded my expectations. There is a Combini onsight that is 24/7 just outside of the lobby, inside of the building. In Yokohama near the baseball stadium and the park, this must be the best value you can find. It's walking distance from Chinatown, Yamashita Park, Gundam Factory, Red Brick and the Motomachi Chukagai Station (subway). It's an old hotel that has maintained it's elegance. The view on the tower building shows the Yokohama Bay and cityscape :) I also must say that their customer service is top notch! I have not met a single staff who is not courteous and cheerful!
