The location was also very good. Close enough to Osaka-Umeda station that you can go on foot (10-15min) but there's also a nearby subway station in case you don't want to walk to Osaka-Umeda. With regards to the room: though the room isn't super small, if you have a lot of luggage (or big luggage) it can take up quite a bit of space.
