We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !

Loved the stay !!! Rooms were v nice , staff was v courteous and helpful . Enjoyed the walk in front of the hotel . The swimming pool and bath facilities were v nice as well. Best place to stay in Osaka in my opinion especially during cherry blossom .

We stayed here for a week, without breakfast. The room and the bathroom was really spacious, with plenty of places to relax. The Hommachi station is very close by, and there is also a world-class bakery and a beautiful park a few minutes away. It was nice to be able to get your room cleaned up without changing the sheets and the pyjamas.

    I have been here for 7 night and everything is awesome, 24 front desk and check in all through the tablets. Room are lot of space to put our luggage and overall is clean. Very comfortable and walk to Umeda station around 15 min walk

    It's touching the exit M6 of the big Umeda station. The hotel design seems to be very special but too dark especially in the corridors of every floor. The staff in the reception were excellent by doing their best

    Very close to Umeda Station. Room was very comfy and clean. If you like to stay in Osaka in a central Spot, this is a very nice Hotel to stay. Breakfast was nice and Staff very very friendly. One minute away there is a LIFE Supermarket, so you can buy everything you need.
