They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Great room, convenient location, staff are very welcoming and nice amenities. Glad to experience the Japanese hospitality which slowly disappearing from other big hotel. We were impressed by the layout of the room, the designer must have put in a lot of thought for that, it was so great that this hotel was the best stay in our 12 days trip. I hope they will keep up their spotless room over time.

Good hospitality, hotel staffs are extremely helpful and proactive. Given a complimentary ride to metro station and sending us to OCAT bus terminal early in the morning. The hotel provides complimentary beverages which is a plus point and there is a pool table & massage chairs to relax after a long day.
