The room itself was really comfortable equipped with a long table and chair next to the window, comfy big bed and has sufficient space for myself and my medium luggage + lots of shopping stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily.
