    The hotel is a mini apartment in a building five stops from Namba Station. I liked having an apartment all to ourselves, complete with a mini kitchen, balcony, and washing machine. On the downside, I found the bed very uncomfortable and the lamp in the room didn't work. Overall, it's a bit old and not well maintained, but it was worth it for the price.

    Much more roomy than a standard hotel room. Very clean and new. Little kitchen with amenities was great! My favourite thing would be the bathroom, the water pressure was amazing! The location is only a 6-8 minute walk to namba station, we travelled with a 2 year old and it wasn't too bad. There is also a family mart 30-second walk from the downstairs lobby, which was helpful. Id stay here again and recommend it to others.

    Great location close to Dotombori, but out of the crowds. Very close to Namba Station. The apartment was very good equipped and super clean.

    The hotel is in a great location in terms of access from the metro, as well as from Namba station (where airport trains terminate). Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast included. Comfortable room.

    Honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, not just in Japan but anywhere in the world. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible and even drove us to the airport bus pick up point to make sure we were at the airport on time. Not to mention the location couldn’t be better. It is a three-minute walk to Namba Station subway and the Dotonbori area is literally on your doorstep. This is the perfect stay for Osaka. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for your warm hospitality.

    The hotel building is impressive, especially the lobby. Everything clean and modern. Helpful and friendly staff. Useful location right next to the JR Namba station and a 5-8 min walk from the Namba metro station. Others have mentioned having to wait for the lifts, but didn't have a problem with this - actually quite impressive for a hotel with so many floors (possibly down to when I visited though).

    The property is bigger than most hotels in Japan that’s why I felt lucky that the unit is available for booking. It is close to Namba Station and only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is Lawson Konbini near the building and a lot of delicious Restaurants nearby.

    I had a japanese style room and it was very cute and clean. The staff I encountered were friendly, the hotel had good complementary products and the shower was nice. It was a really pleasant visit. The location was also very good, right next to Namba Station.
