Room size. Comfy bed. Cleanliness. Next to Kanazawa station with indoor passage, really helpful on a rainy day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful with restaurants booking as I don’t speak Japanese.

Our stay at Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff made us feel completely at home. The hotel effortlessly combines modern comforts with traditional Japanese elegance, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and authentic. Our room was beautifully designed, with meticulous attention to detail. The blend of comfort and style was perfect, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the beautiful bathroom. It was clear that everything was thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The location is ideal—a short walk from the train station and from Kanazawa’s main attractions like Kenrokuen Garden and the Omicho Market, yet wonderfully peaceful. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One highlight of our stay was the staff!. Every detail reflected the hotel’s dedication to quality and authenticity. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return to Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanazawa—this hotel truly elevates the experience of this beautiful city!

The hotel is nicely located on a straight and short walk from the station. The room was clean and comfortable, and was perfect for an overnight stay. The free sake drinks were warmly appreciated! I will definitely consider booking it again in the future and for a longer stay.

Spacious, comfortable, sunny room with en-suite bathroom. Quality amenities in the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the onsen and typical Japanese breakfast. Central location, not far from the station and opposite the market. if you are looking for accommodation in Kanazawa, look no further.

    The location was ideal, just around the corner of Omicho Market and 10-15 mins walk from Kanazawa station, there is also the loop bus that stops just in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. We were very sad that we stayed only for one night. The massage cushion was such a blessing for our feet. Highly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is conveniently located only a few minutes away by foot from Kanazawa station. All main attractions can be reached within another short walk (Kenrokuen, Omicho, Higashi Chaya..). The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, with a nice mix of Japanese and Western style. The atmosphere at the hotel is cozy ams welcoming. Most of all we enjoyed the bery friendly and helpful hotel staff, that takes really good care of you and all with a big smile.

    Well located hotel with great amenities. Room, although small as is typical for Japan, was very comfortable & provided everything you might need, including slippers, pyjamas, kettle, cups, etc. Foyer was beautifully decorated & free coffee machine was available with gold dust (à local product) to sprinkle on your coffee! Hotel is well located: à straightforward 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station & just 5 minutes from the Omichi markets where you can eat very fresh seafood. Also walking distance to the Samurai quarter.

    Everything was perfect and it was great value for money. The room that we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was centrally located and a short flat 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s the best one that we have stayed in our 3 weeks of travelling around Japan.

    The view from the 25th floor over Kanazawa Station to the Sea of Japan impressed us, changing with the sun, rain, sleet from hour to hour. This is a very good large high rise hotel with all conveniences. The trains and busses from Kanazawa station, shopping and restaurants were all very handy. The service both for food and housekeeping was impeccable and the room was very well equipped with nice bathroom amenities, complementary bottled water and a range of refreshments. Loved the pyjamas.

    Lovely hotel with spacious twin room and great facilities. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was the same each day but had a good selection of Continental and Japanese-style food. Great location - quiet but centrally located and close to bus stops and walking distance to most sites of interest and Kanazawa station, with some good shops and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a solo female traveller.
