Only stayed for one night to go to the Ghibli Museum the next day. It was a nice location and the staff held our luggage even after check-out.

We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.
