Hotel is like a work of art, you can get lost in it. The experience from check in to check out was amazing staff is speaking English which is a huge plus if you have any questions. Room was huge with big balcony which had an amazing view of Beppu. I did book private onsen which was amazing experience. They did think of all the small details.

Friendly and english speaking staff. Clean room and very convienient check out-process. Nice breakfast. Great location, close to Beppu Station and a short walk from Kitahama bus stop. I would stay here again if I come back to Beppu.

All staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast, freshly cooked, was delicious. The two ladies were so lovely. The location was great, remember not to come out where all the taxis are and it’s turn right 3-5 minutes. There’s an elevator, umbrellas and a delicious smell of hot, fresh coffee upon arrival. Many thanks.
