The woodlands is one of my favourite hotels. It caters for absolutely everyone. I loved the fire pits on the driveway in, it added a touch of class to the entrance. The petting farm is fabulous for the kids. The hotel itself is so warm and cosy with stunning decorations. Our room was amazing, so spacious and designed beautifully. The staff couldn’t do enough. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely loved the outdoor area, cabins with the stoves, Pizza , burger, coffee and icecream huts and finally the sports bar. Everything amazing.

The staff was wonderfu, super helpful and just friendly all around. Actually, the staff was awesome!!! The fizzy lollipops at the front desk were a terrific surprise. The parking was good. The location was great. We walked all around the area.

    Recommended Place to see wonderful ancient collections esp the paintings and the archaic neccessities back in the historic times. Frances is very nice to show us around and is excellent in explaining to us the different stories of the items inside the museum. It's worth it especially if you're running out of activities to do while in the city center Limerick.
