A wonderful hotel in a central location in Thessaloniki. The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

I loved everything. There is a solid reason why this hotel is the most popular in town. Staying here is like zero-risk decision. Perfect location, warm and caring employees, fantastic view from the rooms and from the restaurant. The staff was always helpful with whatever I needed.

I rate this hotel very positively. It is clean, warm, and pleasant. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Coffee, tea, cookies, and water are available at all times. The area is quiet but right in the city center, close to everything. Special praise goes to the reception staff. The gentleman even had a scale to weigh our luggage. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and polite. I have no negative comments about my stay at this hotel. I would gladly return.
