Like they say, God is in the details...and details is where ME scores very well. Add to that the culture of personalised professionalism and you have a truly beautiful hotel experience. From the warm folks at the reception and the hot breakfast spread, to the cool vibe of the design-driven property and the cold sparkling water on tap - this was a stay packed with little surprises. And yes, the complimentary goodies in the room certainly added to the pampering quotient. The ME stay was an integral part of our beautiful London holiday. The staff was great when welcoming us into the hotel. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and they sent a special cake to the room later. The suite was great, lovely and with a nice location. Completly recommend it!

The hotel is well decorated. The room is so modern, clean, and comfy. Good design bathroom. The window is large with a view of nice city centre buildings. The complimentary provided are great and thoughtful. It's close to Tower Hill underground and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to key attractions. The area around is so nice to explore. I'd love to stay again. Staff is superb too!
