IrelandLoni at reception was fantastic! We arrived earlier than check-in time and she was able to find us a room, as it was my birthday and she was so kind. The rooms were beautiful, with a spacious shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were equipped with irons, hairdryers, and coffee and tea sets. It was a fantastic choice for my birthday and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of Liverpool Street station and Brick Lane. I will definitely be coming back again!

Israelroom is spotelessly clean. bathroom is spaceous and very clean. the staff are very helpful and kind. the waiters and bartenders at the restaruarnt are very nice too. when my sister didn't like her drink (she has a difficult taste) they replaced it gladly without making us pay. everyone is so nice. i definitely recommend.

The hygiene conditions were awful. There was no space to sit on the toilet as it was exactly behind the door and the bathroom’s sink. So when the door was opened the limited space in front of the toilet bowl was blocked. In the end we used the common bathroom. Beds very comfortable and kettle and tea and biscuits in room. Location was excellent with Russell Square park opposite which was very handy for walking dog. Right in the centre for exploring.
