The hotel's location was absolutely perfect- situated in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. The room was spotless and cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the hotel. Fantastic hotel, the staff are great, they are always happy to help. The vallet service was amazing. Breakfast has all you need in the buffet and the menu. The location is lovely, in the most relaxing and peaceful area in Madrid. The room was exceptionally clean with bedding, pillows, and linen that were class. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.

perfect location, <100M to subway station. room is very big and modern also very new. all staff so nice especially front desk Paul, he is soooo friendly, helpful, care of people and handsome ;P I will miss this hotel and come again next time!
