The hotel is at a great location. The sound insulation in the room was exceptional, we didn't hear anything from other rooms. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Arbasso before and the superior room we booked was just perfect (room 304) It is a corner room with one balcony with view on the cathedral and another covered balcony with view on the street. The decoration of the hotel is exquisite, there is immediately a calming atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel is excellent, very friendly. You feel very welcome there. They help to organize such things as transport to the airport, some sea cruises, recommend the restaurants. All was really at high standard.
