Excellent Hotel in an old palace directly in the center of the city. Nice, friendly and accommodating staff. Good restaurant with terrace directly at the square. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Fantastic hotel with big rooms and great staff. Double sinks, very comfy beds and an excellent, delicious breakfast. The location is very central and in a great street for shopping.

Catalonia Puerta del Sol is a very comfortable place to stay, and it's near metro stations, shops, and anything else needed. The building itself is pretty cool and kind of historic. Inside they have a really beautiful wooden stairway, and rooms have very nice and spanish traditional windows and balconies. Also, the entrance doorway is very nice I myself made a father-daughter trip, and we were very comfortable. The bathroom had very nice water pressure for shower and bath, real nice soaps and shampoos, ver comfy towels, and also had a hair dryer available. So, yeah, I totally will recommend it.

Highly sophisticated with Music and Art atmosphere. Room is very spacious and clean, All staff is really kind and thoughtful, with full of hospitality. Location is also pretty convenient place as walking distance to Palace, Mayor Plaza, and St. Miguel market. I highly recommend visitors who wants to have a proper stay in Madrid, who loves Music, to stay this Hotel!
