The rooms are very cozy and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is fantastic. All options that you can ever imagine. It's not my case, but there is plenty of information about allergic food. The bed is very comfortable and the Hotel offers a nice bar with many options of drink

    Great location within a 5 minute walk to a tram stop that takes you into the hear of Mannheim, close to the train station or straight to the SAP Arena. Room was stylish and clean and easy to organise. Plenty of electrical outlets for devices and built in USB ports on the wall for easy phone charging. Very cheap for a week's stay.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We did not get breakfast with this stay. We booked the hotel for a concert at SAP arena and found the location was great. We could walk to the arena (3km).

    The location is great. You can walk to the Main train station, and just take a speed train to the airport or anywhere else in Europe, and it's near the shopping area and restaurants. Also, near to the tram station where we could catch a tram to our convention venue at SAP Arena.

    This was a real gem of a place, for staying to visit the Sap arena, although not close by it was walkable on on the bus route, the apartment was very clean and well equiped a comfortable night we were so pleased with the accommodation everything was 5 star.. Parking was just outside and it was a quiet neighbourhood.

    -Breakfast was satisfactory, I'd give it 8/10 for a hotel of this dimension.. you had all the basics covered. -Design of the hotel was good - if you are here for an event in SAP Arena and you travel by car, this is near the arena and good solution for accomodation
