Me and my fiancé had an anniversary and the hotel hosted us so well - we had a great room with a view and the facilities are great. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for additional things like coffee, teas etc it was provided straight away.

The location is very close to the Jungfernstieg which is a lovely walking and shopping area. The room is exceptional. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, and the little extras like a shoe polishing cloth. We have to leave early in the morning, before 7am, and we were able to make cappuccinos in the bar area near reception which was a welcome start to the day. The valet parking process was smooth, helpful and immediate. We couldn't have been happier.

The Best Hotel In Germany I have ever stayed, far better than eg HH Atlantic or HH Reichshof, also definitely much nicer than eg Berlin Adlon. I was for 17th time in HH and first time stayed there. Promised myslef to come back. Definitely I may recommend it as I tend to spend good 1m each year in various hotels across different countries and my stay in HVJ absolutely belonged to the most spledid ones:)

Really nice beautiful hotel. Rooms are large, the location is good, comfy beds, and everything was clean but in our stay, Atlantic Hotel highly excelled on friendly and helpful staff. From the cleaning staff to the people working at the front desk, I'd like to thank all of you (especially Mats Westen who really worked hard to solve a confusing issue about our trip). You people make a hotel feel like home.

    This is the greatest HO train layout you will ever see.

    This is the greatest HO train layout you will ever see. You need to allow five hours or more to see it. The model trains go through Germany, Switzerland , France, Italy, the U.S. and Hamburg. You have to look closely at each layout as there are many details. In the harbor of Monaco there is a yacht where a little boy is running and has stolen a woman's bra. In another part of Hamburg there are planes taking off and landing. We also took the ten minute virtual tour. As you look through the goggles you enter the world of miniature railroad and are transported as if you were a figure on the set. We bought a VIP combination ticket,

    Something not to be missed in Hamburg!

    Something not to be missed in Hamburg! Ensure you leave plenty of time to view the absolutely amazing Miniature worlds - with realistic Day and Night viewing it's truly an amazing experience, even down to planes taking off at the airport! If you have the time do the Virtual reality experience, its really worth it!

    This is the most amazing place but booking a time slot must be done well in advance. Once there, it's difficult to leave. You don't need to take a child to enjoy this, it brings out your inner one for you. I've been three times and it is always fresh!

    A clean and well located hotel right next to Speicherstadt. It‘s wuiet and the reception is staffed 24/7 from what I understood. There is a bus stop right at the front of the building and two subway stations in walking distance (Messberg and Überseequartier). Touristic hotspots such as the Miniatur Wunderland and the Elbphilharmonie are also in walking distance.

    Great spot for a quick visit to Hamburg, we stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a perfect location: the Elbphilharmonie and Miniatur Wunderland are just around the corner, and there’s easy access to metro and bus lines to reach all the main sights. Overall, the apartment is neat, modern and cozy, with a beautiful view of the authentic and quiet waterfront. The presence of a lift makes travelling with an elderly person easy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
