Staff was amazing, the receptionist guy: Amir was so helpful and kind, breakfast was perfect, rooms were comfortable,clean and big.There was a (capsule)coffee machine in the room. Exceptional stay....

Clean, super helpful and friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfast food, staff gentle with kids, comfortable rooms, heated bathroom floor and welcome drink while we waited for paperwork to be finished and luggage taken up to our rooms.

Quiet, clean and peaceful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptional, beds were comfortable. Breakfast did not have a variety of meals, but what they had was very tasty. They had nespresso machine, eggs, sausages, bread, oats. Lots of cold items like meat cuts, cheese, yogurt, veggies and fruits. Bed sheets were good quality and we slept well. What we enjoyed the most is the atmosphere and people who stayed at the same hotel as us. We definitely recommend this gem of a hotel.

This has a great location close to all the sights, and it's a very genuine and charming hotel. We could just walk out the door and everyting was there! The art nouveau/art deco interior design makes the place feel uniqe, and everythign felt clean and fresh and not dated at all. We arrived early (at 11) and were planning to just store our bags until we could check in, but without us even asking for an earlier check in we were offered a room right away. We also loved the little hotelbar and the lounging room, all with a very 20's feel to it. The littel outdoor area was sadly not as charming, but no complains, it was very nice and clean, just lacked the 20's feeling and greenery. We enjoyed our breakfast in the outdoor area, breakfast selections were good with lactosefree alternatives. Bathroom in our room was nice, we had a bathtub, they did not have hairconditoner, but I was later told at the reception that if I had asked for it, they had it in the reception, and to be fair, it's better for the environment to not just have things in the room that doesnt get used. The bed was comfortble and the room very clean, and once again we loved the interior design in Art Nouveau spirit. TV was small, but seriously who goes to Prague to watch TV in their hotelroom? When we checked out we could store our bags during the day, until we left for the airport. The staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke great English, and we really felt like they enjoyed working there and making sure that all guests were happy. I would say this is a perfect place to stay for a couple that wants to spend a romantic weekend in Prauge, in the real heart of the city. It was also awesome that you could leave the key in the reception when you went out... felt like the "good old times".

Amazing staff and location of the hotel is perfect. Its within walking distance of all praque attractions. Victoria is amazing with arrangements for activities, maps , routes and recommendations for ensuring you get the best value during the stay The breakfast was unbelievable with many options
