The excellent location of everything’s, like shopping mall and shopping streets. Next to the hotel underground train. It’s located between the old town and the new town. It’s 17 minutes away from Charles bridge. The hopefully and friendly reception. A quiet room I had.

The hotel was beautiful, with wonderful "belle epoque" style. Very good service. Ten-minute walk from some of the spots to visit. Wonderful breakfast and ample rooms. They have a restaurant-cafe beautifully decorated in the same style, who offers the best macchiato we had!

Spacious, light and nice interior design, great location, wonderful delicious restaurant on site, spa and massage was excellent, super pleasant and helpful staff especially Bilal and Alexandra. We especially appreciated the upgrade offered by the hotel, which was really nice. And the little attention moments that waited for us in the room when we arrived (flowers, wine) and during the stay (chocolates, bath salt etc) felt really welcoming and made our stay memorable and unique. Thanks a lot to the hotel administration and to the staff that makes the experience of staying at the hotel so warm and wanting to go back.
