The room was really cosy and comfortable. As we here travelling during the low season, we got a free of charge room upgrade. The staff was helpful and able to speak in English. Nice breakfast, with Continental options. The hotel had free fruit available all day and free wine at night.

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent. We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family. The room condition was also superb. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.

All the staff are super nice. As the name suggests it is truly a designer hotel and is instagram worthy. Great location, close to the Xi’an Wall and subway station. The room are nicely decked up and clean, it is a great value for money.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful, very professional. They offered to order a taxi for us and prepared breakfast to go, when we had to leave very early in the morning. They helped us finding information getting to the train station. The room is very spacy. A beautiful building overall and it is in Renmin square, quiet square where other hotels are also located.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel on renmin square. My room was huge with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and extremely helpful. Special thanks also to Mr Yao and all the staff at the lodge as well as Mr Zhang at the Bar Bambu for their kind assistance.
