Alex from reception also had great dinner recommendations. The hotel is clean, very central, quiet, close to the main station, and has perfect water pressure. The intimacy of the hotel. The spa treatments were amazing. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Just breakfast would have a bit more umph. It was rather bland. Down the street are better options for pastry and a bit of breakfast. Everything else os superb.
